Thimble Cove Cottage - Out for Pricing

Multiple General Contractors are currently pricing our Thimble Cove Cottage Project. We have a good pool of contractors, each of who are very capable of building an excellent home for our clients.

Pricing documents, including Architectural Drawings, Site Drawings and Specifications were sent to the contractor pool two weeks ago. You can see some of these drawings here, including the Sketch Rendering from our earlier post. Over the last two weeks we have fielded calls about the project and documents clarifying any questions the contractors had. Estimates are due tomorrow.

This is an exciting time for us. We get to hear from multiple talented candidates what they believe it will take to build our clients new oceanfront home, Thimble Cove Cottage.
