Road Trip South- Job Site Tours

After a busy winter of construction, we decided as an office to venture on a road trip. We piled into the blue mini-van and headed south. The first stop, the coastal community of Prout’s Neck. The project, built by Eider Investments, was taking form nicely with some extraordinary stonework in place by Gnome. Lucky for us, the stone that turned up during excavation was integrated seamlessly into the home. The construction team is in their home-stretch, looking ahead to an early summer move-in.

Next up, the shoreline of Kennebunkport Maine. The coastal site of Goose Rock's Beach Cottage wowed the team as did the work by Douston Construction. The exposed structural steel looked solid at the exterior and the wood boarding warmed up the interiors greatly. The open plan boasts 30’ of glass giving a breathtaking connection to the sandy beach beyond.
