We were honored when our Casco Bay Island Retreat clients reached out to us again, this time to design a pool and guest house on their serene site.

Our design revitalized a dilapidated island cottage site and resulted in an energy-efficient collection of buildings for living, gathering, and connecting with a small island community in Casco Bay, Maine.

Our design for the Narrows centered around a multi-level design that seamlessly integrates the field with the house.

The Overlook is a ski home in the Sugarloaf region, designed for avid outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy year-round.

Yesterday, Jessie and I had the opportunity to present our Tier-1 Concepts for renovations and additions to a home on Great East Lake.

The International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) requires that we now install "gasketed" doors on all new wood burning fireplaces. Creating doors that do not detract from the appearance of the fireplace can be a design challenge.
