JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Architectural designer with an architecture degree and 3 to 5 years of office experience in a client focused, high-design, residential practice. You will be a member of design team working under the direct supervision of a project architect.

Tasks Include: Development of design concepts and details, preparation of construction documents, material sourcing and selection, site visits and direct involvement in client and contractor meetings.

Skills: Written, verbal, 3D drawing, and modeling skills to communicate ideas and concepts, ArchiCAD, Sketchup. Most of all, a positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Salary: commensurate with experience.
