Paired Cottages at Higgins Beach

We're happy to be working with a young family on the design of improvements to their two cottages at Higgins Beach in Scarborough, Maine. Exterior improvements include a complete facelift to the front cottage, which will improve it's curb appeal and provide for an inviting main entry. Interior renovations on the main level of the front cottage will allow for an open kitchen, dining, and living arrangement of spaces. The back cottage will be improved to afford a more comfortable guest quarters.
