Great Pond Camp Underway

Renovations have begun at Great Pond Camp in Rome, Maine. We are working with a custom home builder from the Carrabassett Valley area, Linwood Doble.

We recently visited the site after initial demolition took place to inspect for any rot in the existing structure. As you can see, and as we expected, we found some which will be replaced with new framing.

We are excited to get underway renovating this existing camp into a wonderful new getaway at this incredible location on Great Pond.
