Coastal Cottage Renovation Complete

The project goal was to take a modest coastal cottage and renovate both the exterior forms and interior spaces. A series of new rooflines provided much needed space at the second floor, the living spaces were opened up to provide better flow, and a third level tower was constructed to provide for a home office with 180-degree views of the Portland harbor.

We recently visited the home, and met with the homeowners as they were beginning to move back into the renovated spaces. Everyone is more than pleased to have the project complete, and just in time for the holidays!
