2015 The Stony Paths of Provence

In September of 2015, Robin and I walked through the medieval landscapes of Provence. We enjoyed cool nights, warm days and the wonderful limestone landscape of cliffs, outcrops, and fertile fields in the valleys. The villages are built of locally quarried stone and the routes took us over paths that date back 1000 years. The high point was our visit to the 12th century Cistercian Abbey at Senanque.
